Troy Quaife is the founder of Easy To Implement Training and has worked in the sales industry for over 20 years. With a career that began with selling to customers face-to-face on the retail sales floor, Troy quickly progressed into a management career, while continuing to focus on one of his passions: closing sales while offering exceptional service. With his newfound management career came the opportunity to study and Troy completed studies in frontline management, followed by training and assessment. Troy’s management skills and passion for the success of his teams led him down the path towards training and coaching. In part, this is because a lot of the training he has attended in his career has not been challenging or stimulating which made it difficult to take anything away from, let alone implement the changes. Training is now the field in which Troy excels. Whether he is training techniques in time management techniques, sales, leadership, Troy believes that training needs to be entertaining as well as informative. It is this approach that he uses in all of his sessions to ensure that participants walk away from every training session empowered with the confidence and tools to implement all of the skills that they have been taught. Because of this, his participants have very good results for not just days after the training session, but for months and years also.
