Introducing Joanne Coleman

From retail sales consultant to accountant, from auditor to performer, Joanne Coleman has now found the perfect mix of her passions and is making her mark on the Australian training industry.

After spending many years in the jewellery retail industry as she paid her way through a Bachelor of Commerce, Joanne founded In Focus Business Training. She has combined her love of people and her love for numbers to bring to the training industry a proven bottom line approach to soft skills training.

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce and working as an accountant and auditor she saw a clear correlation between the competency of staff members and the sustainability of bottom line profit figures. From this realisation, Joanne knew she had to find a way to provide financial security to organisations by way of soft skills training.

“Seeing an individual delegate’s eyes light up when they are given a tool that they know can make a difference in both their working and personal lives is the greatest reward anyone could ever ask for”, Joanne says.
