Introducing Francine Bishop

Francine Bishop is an expert trainer and coach with a passion for creating high performing workplaces. Her mission is to ignite peoples’ passion for their careers by empowering them with knowledge and skills that will increase their effectiveness and efficiency.

For more than fifteen years Francine has been involved in business, from small private companies through to large public corporations. During this time she has witnessed and experienced the significant impact and shift in team dynamics that occur with change. Her interest in this workplace dynamic led her to undertake a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and then a Masters in Project Management, both from the University of Southern Queensland.

Drawing from her experience, and personal interest in human dynamics, Francine founded Mayvin Training Institute Pty Ltd. Her company offers a holistic approach to transforming a workforce from mediocrity to ‘exceptionalism’.

Francine analyses the existing culture in a workplace, then develops a strategic training programme with her client to achieve incredible results for individuals and companies alike. Her training is motivating, empowering and her lively sessions promote learning. Time and time again her clients achieve outstanding results.
